The Client Access Section requires the use of cookies. When you log in, a cookie is sent to track your user name as you move throughout different sections of the site. The cookie will only exist on your computer until you exit your web broswer.
Almost all web browsers come with cookies enabled. If you have never taken steps to disable cookies in your web browser, you will not need to follow the procedures listed below and you can return to the client access page and sign in.
If you currently have cookies disabled, you can turn them on using the following steps:
In Netscape v4.x, go to the Edit menu, select 'Preferences', then 'Advanced'. Select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server".
In Internet Explorer v4.x, go to the 'View' select 'Internet Options' then 'Advanced'. Scroll down until you see the word "cookies", then select either "Always accept cookies" or "Prompt before accepting cookies".
In Internet Explorer v5.x, go to the 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options', then 'Security'. Cookies are enabled by default in all security levels of Internet Explorer 5 - the only way they would be disabled is if a "Custom Level" of security has be selected. If "Custom Level" is selected, hit the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down until you see the word "cookies", then select "Enable" where it says "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)".
Once you are done, click here to go back to the Client Access Section. |
